NABEL Co Ltd has unveiled a new stainless steel egg tray washer called the PTW200, with a capacity of 2,000 trays per hour.

The cleaning starts after dirty trays are conveyed into the machine, and is followed by a high pressure jet rinse.  After washing, the trays are stacked and spin-dried automatically.

The machine is directly connectable to an auto loader’s output conveyors, allowing trays to be washed right after use. A tray de-nester option is also available.
