Cobb New Zealand is poised to take off

Cobb’s latest production site in Rontongaro, near Huntly, South Auckland, is near completion.

Work on the 148-hectare site began in late 2017 and is currently 80% completed, with two flocks in place.

New Zealand’s Ministry of Primary Industries has already approved the operation as an Avian Transitional Facility, which allows Cobb New Zealand to import live poultry and poultry hatching eggs from approved countries.

The highly biosecure facility has one hatchery, one quarantine building, nine rearing sheds and 12 production sheds.
